How to produce liquid soap from home.

In the last post, I listed out ways by which we can make money selling liquid soap.

Today, I am going to show us the steps in producing liquid soap from home.
Tools needed for making liquid soap.
1. A plastic bowl
2. Hand gloves
3. Nose mask
4. Stirring rod
Recipes/ Ingredients needed to make 25litres of soap.
1. Water 25 litres
2. Natrosol 1kg thickener.
3. Caustic soda 1/3 kg cleansing agent
4. Sulphonic acid 3 litres
5. Texapon 1 litre foaming agent
6. Sodium laureate sulphate SLS 5.6 TBS
7.Sodium Trip only phosphate ( stpp) 5.6 TBS
8. Colour
9. Perfume.

Steps.
1. Dissolve caustic soda in one litre of water and allow it to cool.
2. In another container, pour in sulphonic acid, add perfume,texapon and then add 3-4
 litres of water and stir very well for some minutes.
3. Dissolve the SLS with 50cl of water
4. Dissolve the sttp with another 50cl of  water.
5. Dissolve 1kg of Natrosol into 25 litres of water and stir. It will dissolve immediately.
6. Add the already dissolved texapon, sulphonic acid and perfume into the dissolved Natrosol and stir very well.
7. Pour in the dissolved caustic soda into the dissolved solution of Natrosol and stir.
8. Add the dissolved stop and SLS and stir.
9. Add formalin for preservation.
10. Dissolved coourant into water, mix well then add to the solution and stir thoroughly.
11.If the solution is too thick , add a little water and stir.
12. Leave the solution for some hours, package and sell.
 Note:  Adding preservative is not compulsory except you want to use it for a very long time.
If the solution is too thick or watery, this is how to correct it.

How to make money with liquid soap

1. Add water to the solution and stir
2. Always add Natrosol to water and not water to natrosol
3. Make sure the measurement is correct.
